I had the pleasure of working with MaryAnne, Carol and Murtaza. MaryAnne gathered my information, helped me to choose my cardstock, and fulfilled the details of my order. She's friendly, professional, detail oriented and never made me feel rushed as I painstakingly touched and stared at every piece of cardstock in the known universe. Afterwards, Murtaza, called me on the phone and gently informed me that my original business card idea included three different fonts and that, perhaps, choosing my favorite of the three would make my card look more professional. Carol did the final design work and, again, saved me from myself by balancing my logo, changing the font size and spacing the information around the card so as to make the most of my card without making it look cluttered or overdone.
Additionally, I had an important networking event to attend and needed the cards early. Murtaza offered to print some temporary cards with my final design while MaryAnne offered to deliver the temporary cards to me before my networking event but after the shop had already closed. This kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days and means everything to a business owner like myself.
In the end, I was left with a fantastic looking business card and I will definitely use Print Fusion for my future needs. I needed to print a portfolio for my job interview in two days, so I scrambled to find a print shop and realized there was one in Lake City. We came to Print Fusion a few days before our wedding to get some urgent prints done - three large poster boards and 30+ 4x6 cards. They were patient and clear about their paper types, and were so helpful in explaining how the printing works and what would work best for our needs. On top of that - a super fast turnaround of a day-and-a-half, which was a day sooner than we expected! Huge shout-out to MaryAnne for being so knowledgeable and taking extra care and protection of our prints.

She put me on hold to speak with Murtaza about the specs of my job. They asked me to stop by.
